Geveka recently supplied heavy-duty plastic grating for use on fixed scaffolding for a KWS Aquavia project. The choice of this specific grating was no coincidence: forklifts drive on this scaffolding, requiring a safe, strong, and durable surface that can withstand heavy point loads.
Geveka provided a practical and sustainable solution for TNB Dordrecht BV, a specialist in tank storage and logistics, in the form of plastic GRP walkway gratings. These gratings are installed at various locations within the company's operations and contribute to a safe working environment for employees.
Geveka recently completed a project in the Genemuiden Inner Harbor, where existing jetties were fitted with plastic scaffolding gratings. This project was carried out in collaboration with W2 Support, who were looking for a safe, sustainable, and low-maintenance solution for the harbor's jetties.
Commissioned by one of our long-standing partners, Geveka made a significant contribution to the jetties at the Naval Port of Den Helder. GRP gratings were chosen for this project, a deliberate choice due to the heavy loads, strict safety requirements, and the need for a sustainable, low-maintenance solution.
Commissioned by Mooder-Maas Area Development Ooijen-Wanssum (a partnership between Dura Vermeer and Ploegam), a floating walkway was installed in the center of Wanssum. GRP gratings were chosen for their durability, slip-resistant properties, corrosion-resistant properties, and low-maintenance properties.
